Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site. The Site is not intended for children under 13.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, disable, or interfere with the Site’s security or functionality.
- Use automated scripts to abuse features, scrape content at scale, or generate fraudulent activity.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access.
- Submit false information, impersonate others, or engage in fraud.
Results, Scores, and Certificates
Test scores, percentiles, and any certificate presentation are provided as an informational estimate based on your responses and the Site’s scoring logic. Results may vary and are not a clinical IQ measurement.
Any certificate or results content is intended for personal use and sharing. You agree not to represent the results as a clinical diagnosis or professional credential.
Sponsor Content and Third-Party Links
The Site may display sponsor content and link to third-party websites. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, offers, products, services, or policies. Your interaction with third parties is between you and them.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content (including text, layouts, designs, and code) are owned by or licensed to TrueIQTest and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without permission, except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TrueIQTest and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
To the extent liability is not fully excluded, our total liability for all claims related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to access the Site (if any) in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $25, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrueIQTest and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
